Autumn is awesome! I canβt be the only one that loves autumnal activities- which is why I am so excited to do this fall bucket list book tag! Thank you so much to the terrific Tiffany for tagging me to do her fantastic new fall tag! I really enjoyed these prompts and absolutely loved the graphics as well, so am glad she says you can use them in the post π
The Rules
- Link back to theoriginal creatorΒ in your post.
- Feel free to use any of my graphics in your post, or create your own!
- Tag 7 other people at the end of your post, and let them know youβve tagged them.
My Lady Jane– this funny take on Lady Jane Grey is the epitome of light-hearted! Which is surprising, considering how dark the history isβ¦ but never mind that, because even historical-accuracy-stick-in-the-muds (like me) can enjoy the heck out of this book!
Six of Crows– this book is so deserving of the hype!!! And itβs the kind of dark and atmospheric read that really suits the autumnal months!
Harry Potter– I mean, is there another answer? Whether you love the Golden Trio, the Marauders or Dumbledoreβs Army, this book is packed with charming friendships.
Goose Girl– this is an older Middle Grade read, but itβs definitely the kind of book that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.
To All the Boys I Loved Before- Tiffany predicted that most people are gonna pick Lara Jeanβ¦ and I am indeed doing just that! But this book isnβt just about a talented chef- itβs so much more than that! The romance, the family aspect and individuality of the characters all blend perfectly to create the ultimate YA contemporary!
Northanger Abbey– ahh Austen always has the power to make me squeal with delight! And this parody of a gothic novel is just right for (us scaredy cats in) spooktober!
That was so much fun! Iβm tagging:Β Kelly, Lucy, Keira, Rachael, Lisa, Bookmark your thoughts, Journey into Books, Kristin Kraves, Green Tea Librarian, Emily @Embuhleeliest, Miminkling and anyone else that wants to do it!
What cosy books you most like for autumn? Let me know in the comments!
Thanks for the tag! And totally agree with you about Six of Crows! Sooo lived up to the hype!

So the Goose Girl was cozy for you, eh? Did you read any more in the series?
LikeLiked by 1 person
hehe I know, I have a strange view of cosy π but it did end happily… in the first book at least (no I haven’t read the series- and am now nervous!)

I read the Goose Girl too, and went on to the sequel. I wasn’t impressed (2stars for Enna Burning) and I don’t think I ever went on to read the 3rd book.

I just finished Six of Crows last night (or early this morning at midnight, rather :’)). It had been on my TBR for ove a year, and WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG?!?! I am in LOVE with the characters, & I need to get down to the bookstore for the sequel asap. Haven’t read any of the Grisha trilogy, so I’m excited to dig into those too! It’s definitely a perfect read for these moody Autumnal months hehe. Now that I’ve finished SoC, I’m planning on digging into Northanger Abbey, and I am so excited!! Harry Potter is the PERFECT series to read this time of year; I love this selection xx

I definitely agree with a lot of your answers. Goose Girl was one of my favorites in middle school and I was devastated when one of my dogs chewed it up one day π

I really want to read My Lady Jane! I have heard that it’s a really funny book, so when I’m in the mood for humour I’m definitely going to be picking it up. π Northanger Abbey is a book that I read years ago and I remember enjoying it a lot, but I don’t actually remember much about it. I should probably reread it in the future. Great post! π
